JOB DESCRIPTION
Onassis Foundation through the Onassis Health initiatives will attempt to change the landscape of Health for once more, this time in the Transplants Sector. We are looking for a Health Program Administrator, who will be responsible for ensuring that all projects and initiatives that are related to the Health Pillar are properly and timely completed. Main responsibilities include:
- Assist the operational part of all Health-related projects
- Support of the construction procedure of the Onassis National Transplant Center
- Implement the related to Health Policies training and educational programs
- Organize the related to Health pillar Conferences, Media and networking events
- Use the SAP accounting system & to follow all the GDPR procedures
- Participate in Major Events

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements

Eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Proven previous experience at an admin, production or assistance position
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial reporting tools (SAP, expense reports, office supply orders, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (both in writing and speaking) & in Greek
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + expert knowledge of all Google office tools (Drive, Sheets, etc.)

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative and react promptly in unexpected conditions
